•Design across multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations) and ensure solutions account for downstream workflows and service realities
•Optimize for the service, not just the surface — designing with operational clarity, advisor workflows, and client communication in mind
•Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance the product experience
•Design high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments such as onboarding, account transfers, and money movement

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 215,000 annually
