Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop regional and global demand forecasts across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • •Convert demand plans into executable orders while identifying business trends, planning risks, and growth opportunities.
  • •Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • •Analyze demand signals, order exceptions, forecast variances, inventory utilization opportunities, and supply constraints.
  • •Plan and schedule material requirements and production timelines, including inventory and material management (consumption trends, aged inventory, open POs, in-transit materials, safety stock).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, inventory control, demand planning, supply chain operations, or related areas.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 or equivalent) for meetings, presentations, and written communication with global stakeholders.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, reporting, and inventory planning tools.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of SAP, MRP functionality, and supply chain planning systems.
