Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • •Minimum 12 years of post-education experience in construction management and inspection of ITS.
  • •Knowledge of construction methods and inspection practices, with demonstrated experience on complex infrastructure projects and design-build delivery.
  • •Valid Virginia state driver’s license and successful completion of WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.
