Job Summary

Design, build, and operate the data and AI systems powering analytics, advisor-facing products, and internal automation. You’ll build AWS production data pipelines (Glue, Redshift, Step Functions, Lambda, S3, Fargate/ECS) and applied generative-AI capabilities on Amazon Bedrock (Data Automation, Knowledge Bases, AgentCore). Work end-to-end with agentic coding tooling (Claude Code + MCP), deliver reliable AI data products, and maintain operational quality with monitoring and runbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and operate AWS data pipelines (Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, EventBridge, S3) feeding the Redshift data warehouse.
•Stand up and operate containerized production pipelines on AWS Fargate/ECS with CloudWatch alarms and health monitoring.
•Create dimensional data models (facts, conformed dimensions, analytics marts) on Redshift using zero-ETL replicas of operational sources.
•Implement document-extraction pipelines with Amazon Bedrock Data Automation and deliver structured output to downstream consumers via webhook or queue.
•Build and operate Bedrock Knowledge Bases and agents using the Strands Agents SDK on Bedrock AgentCore, including multi-agent topologies and deployment hardening.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field; master's preferred for Senior.
•Relevant production experience scaled to the level (Data & AI Engineer I/II/Senior).
•Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
•Strong data engineering skills building and operating AWS pipelines feeding analytics marts in Redshift.
•Ability to build applied generative-AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and agent frameworks.
