Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle Annual Maintenance Club tune-ups
  • •Complete garage door inspections using a checklist
  • •Perform callback visits when the first visit doesn’t resolve the issue
  • •Educate customers on their door and inspection findings
  • •Receive POs, update inventory with exact counts, and assist load outs with Area Manager/Market Lead

Key Requirements

  • •Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record

  • •Knowledge of basic software (navigation apps, Google) plus tablet/computer use
  • •Basic knowledge of hand tools and basic reading/math skills; GED/HS diploma not required
