Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, manage, and develop Delivery & Engagement Managers and Technical Program Managers supporting account teams and customers in the segment.
  • •Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment and promote a customer-obsessed, truth-seeking culture and first-principles mindset.
  • •Partner with GTM and account teams for discovery conversations, scope alignment, and contracting for FDE services.
  • •Own and manage P&L for the business segment and execute strategy with operational rigor and resource allocation.
  • •Serve as a thought leader and build enduring relationships with key stakeholders across the U.S. Federal sector.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold an active U.S. TS clearance (or better) and be able to maintain it.
  • •At least 5 years of second-line leadership experience managing managers, with 10+ years overall leadership experience managing teams of 20+ individuals.
  • •Senior-level experience in high-growth enterprise software pre-sales or professional services.
  • •Proven ability to drive large transactions and manage high-growth accounts to deliver transformational customer value.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
