Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain data governance documentation for acquired-company integration, including standards, roles, stewardship trackers, escalation paths, and performance metric inputs.
  • •Support governance activities for data transformation workstreams, including data migration, integration, modernization, archival, reporting, and analytics enablement.
  • •Build and maintain a data estate inventory for assigned acquisitions, capturing structured application data and unstructured content attributes, and preparing summaries for integration planning.
  • •Review unstructured and semi-structured content for regulated, privileged, personal, and client-confidential material and document findings for follow-up.
  • •Track retention, legal holds/business holds, and disposal evidence; maintain approval and ownership records and support data quality, reconciliation, remediation tracking, and readiness reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in data governance, data management, data quality, data integration, or related enterprise technology roles.
  • •Experience supporting data governance, documentation, migration, integration, archival, analytics, or transformation activities.
  • •Exposure to unstructured content environments (mail, file storage, or collaboration platforms) in addition to structured application data.
  • •Basic understanding of records retention concepts, including retention categories, retention periods, and disposal.
