Job Summary

Lead and manage regional Credit Control operations across the UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain to drive collection performance and minimize financial risk. Manage complex cases such as settlements, write-offs, restructures, contract changes, and security deposits, while strengthening client relationships to improve retention. Partner across Credit Control, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations, develop recovery strategies, and deliver management reporting. Lead, coach, and develop regional credit control teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage regional Credit Control operations across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain.
•Review and manage complex financial and commercial cases including legal settlements, write-offs, payment restructures, and contract changes.
•Develop and implement collection strategies and recovery action plans to minimize bad debt exposure.
•Prepare and present management reports on collection performance, aging analysis, risk exposure, recovery status, and settlements.
•Lead, coach, and develop regional Credit Control teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of managerial-level experience in Credit Control, Commercial Finance, or Collections.
•Proven experience handling legal settlements, write-offs, restructures, collections, and client account management.
•Experience managing teams across multiple markets.
•Ability to review and manage complex financial and commercial cases.
