Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and organize new shipments; ensure items are properly labeled, tagged, and stocked.
  • •Maintain operational standards through coaching, training, and accountability on the sales floor and in the backroom.
  • •Keep the stockroom organized and tidy, arranging footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
  • •Assist with inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and reduce discrepancies.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.

Key Requirements
