Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on in-process material.
  • •Ensure products meet established quality requirements using non-destructive examination methods.
  • •Support conformance to requirements through coordination with operations, suppliers, and customers.
  • •Maintain and apply the Emerson Non-Destructive Examination program, including training, methods, certification, and compliance records.
  • •Maintain safe operation of the Marshalltown NDE facility and equipment; support internal process/quality audits and external supplier audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Non-Destructive Testing (or equivalent NDT education/experience).
  • •Recent experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, radiographic, or visual inspections.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proven computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
