Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and troubleshoot process equipment in a paper mill, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • •Perform rigging and precisely install couplings, bearings, pumps, rolls, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment using alignment tools.
  • •Carry out metalworking tasks such as cutting and welding for fabricating equipment.
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance and support safe, efficient performance of all assigned duties.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and participate as a team player, including rotating weekend/holiday coverage and call-ins.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive understanding of rigging and experience with preventative maintenance.
  • •Own your own tools and be able to work rotating alternating weekends, some holidays, and respond to call-ins.
