Key Responsibilities

•Define the merchandising strategies for Fashion Accessories categories that align with business goals and market dynamics
•Collaborate with Merchandising Manager and Boutique Managers to execute the Merchandising strategies, including product assortment planning, product launch plans, inventory management and in-store initiatives
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Communication and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure product display and placement directly support key business objectives
•Forge strong partnerships with the retail team to ensure seamless execution of product plans and achievement of commercial KPIs
•Guide retail teams on seasonal buying and merchandising strategies through actionable analysis and qualitative feedback, while collecting, analyzing, and acting upon customer needs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferably in Fashion, Business or other related field
•A minimum of 5 years’ applicable retail experience
•Strong fashion sense and business consciousness
•Proactive, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and foster teamwork across multiple levels and departments within the organization
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
