Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute wireline field crew operations at the well site and in the shop, including maintaining the unit and completing pre-job, well site operations, and post-job duties.
  • •Supervise a team of two or more Field Operators and oversee training, competencies, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • •Coordinate with Customer Representatives and drill crews on location to align operations with the rig and/or production facility.
  • •Provide wellsite guidance to customers on logging/completions operations, interpret logging data, and troubleshoot as needed for analysis and decision-making.
  • •Manage crew and equipment at the well site and at the shop, including maintenance of equipment and facilities, and maintain required records and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a University Degree in Engineering and 1+ year of Wireline experience, OR a two (2) year Technical Associates Degree and 3+ years of Wireline experience, OR High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of Wireline experience.
  • •Be fully competent in all aspects of engineering duties at the well site and at the shop, including unit preparation and pre-job/post-job duties.
  • •Demonstrate the ability to supervise training of junior operators and manage a team of two or more Field Operators.
  • •Oversee and verify training and competencies, time sheets, expenses, DOT files, onboarding/offboarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.
  • •Work safely and perform responsibilities as described in the relevant Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.
