Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary non-financial risk point of contact for Risk and Governance for the AI Markets platform, including front-office AI/GenAI capabilities.
  • •Support operating effectiveness of the AI Markets control framework, including governance, procedures, escalation routes, and control evidence.
  • •Review and challenge non-financial risk and control activity across assessments, designs, material changes, deployments, rollouts, data scope changes, and operating model impacts.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across the organisation (business, COO, Technology & Product Owners, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Legal, Data, Model Risk Management) to identify and manage AI Markets risks.
  • •Provide oversight of monitoring and reporting, govern forums/materials, and coordinate reviews and deep dives for internal teams, auditors, regulators, or partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Markets/front-office non-financial risk, control, audit, business management and governance.
  • •Strong understanding of front-office control frameworks and regulated banking conduct risks and governance expectations.
  • •Knowledge of AI/model/analytics risk, including governance, change risk, data lineage, explainability, monitoring, and output risk.
  • •Experience supporting AI, analytics, digital, or front-office technology programmes across business and technology change agendas.
  • •Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions while handling multiple priorities.
