Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and assess potential synthetic routes, from established chemistry to cutting-edge approaches including catalytic methodologies.
  • •Transfer safe, economically viable, and industrially amenable processes to production.
  • •Manage research projects end to end from development through industrialization.
  • •Review scientific literature and patents, and participate in scientific seminars and meetings to maintain technical expertise.
  • •Ensure EHS standards, document and communicate results, and lead a team of 1–2 laboratory technicians.

  • •Experience working on route scouting and process development in a research/industrial environment.
