Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide investment counselling as a Product Expert on investments, delivering technical expertise and recommendations to customers with INR 10M+ funds under management.
  • •Support PRMs to build client confidence and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target clients.
  • •Assist PRMs in uncovering client needs, identifying relevant wealth solutions, and presenting/explaining solutions based on technical analysis.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with PRMs to assess product suitability and impacts of market and regulatory changes, identifying opportunities and managing risks.
  • •Drive end-to-end ownership of Investment Sales and Distribution for the assigned patch, including AUM growth, net sales consistency, PRM productivity, unique client transactions, client coverage, and financial wellness sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Bank of Asset Management Companies.
  • •Mandatory NISM certifications: NISM-VA-MF Distributors, NISM-XXI-A PMS Distributors, NISM-XIII-Common Derivatives, and NISM-XIX-B AIF (Category III) Distributors.
  • •MBA from a reputed institute preferred; Post Graduate Degree (preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Finance) or professional qualifications like CA preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability in productivity enhancement.
  • •Demonstrate behaviours consistent with HSBC Values.
