Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the LMS migration by offboarding Skilljar and defining requirements for a custom-built LMS, authoring workflows, and learner UX.
  • •Collaborate with Technical Writer and enablement stakeholders to establish scalable design systems, style guides, and AI-assisted content workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of instructional design experience in a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or high-growth tech environment.
  • •Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives as a highly autonomous individual contributor.
  • •Hands-on experience defining requirements for LMS implementations, migrations, or custom builds.
