Associate Manager HR (Shanghai, CN)

Manage end-to-end payroll operations and support global mobility administration to deliver accurate, compliant employee services. Partner with internal HR and Finance teams, as well as external payroll and mobility providers, to handle expatriate onboarding, assignments, relocation coordination, repatriation, payroll processing, and required documentation. Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and local regulations, monitor changes affecting payroll/tax/immigration, and support audits while driving process optimization.
