Job Summary

Support and coordinate core provisioning work for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Wide Area Network (WAN) by assisting with capacity management and planning, circuit provisioning requests, invoice reviews, and mobility services. Serve as a point of contact across project managers and technical personnel, manage project objectives and constraints, and contribute to planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management. Key Responsibilities

•Support, maintain, and manage the VA Enterprise Wide Area Network (WAN) through capacity management and planning, circuit provisioning requests, invoice reviews, and mobility services.
•Directly communicate with project managers, contract management staff, senior engineering/technical personnel, and other VA employees.
•Manage specified project objectives, constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality), project risk, and coordinate with the project manager and other resources.
•Contribute to planning, tracking, and analysis of multiple projects using detailed reporting; analyze data for project cost/schedule status and follow established procedures for circuit provisioning requests.
•Review enterprise invoices for multiple vendors to verify monthly costs, initiate disputes, and make payment recommendations on purchase orders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,900 - 86,030 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
•Must be able to pass a government Tier 4 High Background Investigation.
•Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Power BI data analytics tool.
•Must be capable of performing financial analytics including forecasting and variance analysis.
•Gathers, compiles, and reports on information relevant to the project.
