Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the regional supply planning team to develop and execute short- and long-term RCCP supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, balancing inventory and production capacity constraints.
  • •Continuously improve regional supply strategies (e.g., production footprint optimization, make-to-stock/make-to-order) to deliver cost-effective end-to-end supply solutions.
  • •Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs such as inventory DOH, inventory aging, and service levels; identify potential supply disruptions and develop contingency plans.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional alignment and timely communication between demand planning, site planning, production, and procurement to identify and prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
  • •Manage tolling activities, including qualifying new tollers and negotiating and finalizing annual agreements, while coordinating with the global IBP COE team to implement IBP best practices in APAC.

Key Requirements

  • •University bachelor degree.
  • •Proven experience in supply planning, production planning, and integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP) with experience managing regional or multi-site planning activities.
  • •Direct experience leading, developing, and managing a planning team.
  • •Deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics, inventory optimization, capacity management, and toll manufacturing processes.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools, plus strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
