Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required (higher education in land surveying or an associated field preferred).
  • •5+ years of land surveying and geospatial services experience (or 3+ years with a degree in land surveying).
  • •Experience with boundary research, reviewing title reports, compiling records, and making initial boundary determinations.
  • •Experience reviewing survey data and processing survey control; ability to prepare legal descriptions.
  • •Valid state driver’s license and willingness to learn; effective communication, detail-oriented and organized; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
