  • •Lead an established team on projects covering construction management support, construction quality assurance, special inspections, and materials and laboratory testing (construction materials and geotechnical applications).
  • •Lead and support business development and strategic planning to increase local market share.
  • •Recruit/hire staff and direct project staffing assignments to meet client, contract, and business objectives.
  • •Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure technical quality of deliverables.
  • •Support financial, project management, backlog, and utilization reporting; serve as the primary interface with client representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geology (Business preferred), plus measurable experience managing teams, projects, and client development.
  • •7-10+ years of industry experience leading teams and managing projects, with knowledge of laboratory tests, field testing, and special inspections.
  • •Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and provide guidance to junior team or project members with QA/QC adherence.
  • •Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and prepare proposals.
  • •Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and effective communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
