•Proactively identifies potential program problems or opportunities, analyzes the issues using all appropriate resources, develops alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
•Manages the most complex and sensitive projects, often in multiple geographic locations, ensuring the final product reflects the original scope and budget requirements.
•Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
•Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure program objectives are met.
•Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and executive leadership.

Travel: High travel

•15+ years of transportation project experience (preferred).

•State Professional Engineer License, or the ability to obtain within twelve months; frequent travel to project sites.
