Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes as a senior clinical contact.
  • •Deliver assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based interventions and determine appropriate pathways of care.
  • •Provide telephone or video consultations and signpost or refer onwards when required.
  • •Adhere to Bupa case management, sessional limits, and professional guidelines while supporting therapeutic recovery goals.
  • •Deliver group psychoeducation and remote mental wellbeing workshops, and participate in supervision and team meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.
  • •HCPC registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
  • •Extensive leadership experience managing clinicians within a Mental Health setting.
  • •Adult experience as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist; at least 1 year post-qualification clinical experience.
  • •Additional children’s clinical psychologist experience is desirable.
