Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and achieve a consistent daily and weekly customer schedule to meet store needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • •Proactively monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports; coordinate with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Participate in regional training classes and events.
  • •Lead and/or participate in customer events such as demonstration clinics, product knowledge classes, contractor events, promo events, associate training, and community outreach programs.
  • •Build and install product displays and new store resets; ensure products are safely stacked and/or properly secured while sharing ideas to maximize shelf space.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to customer locations and local Oldcastle businesses as needed.
  • •Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Use of basic hand and power tools.
  • •Daily travel to and from company and customer locations; some overnight travel required.
  • •Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and working from a ladder.
