Maintain and improve photolithography equipment in the fab by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve tool issues efficiently, using data monitoring and analysis to improve system performance and eliminate repetitive downtime. Coordinate supplier service when needed, and produce technical reports and recommendations based on findings.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations.
•Interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to resolve issues efficiently.
•Monitor and analyze related data to maintain and improve tool performance.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed.
•Prepare technical reports and summarize findings with recommendations for solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
•5 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve equipment performance (including electrical/mechanical systems).
