Electrical Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew by providing safety-focused technical oversight and ensuring residential solar projects are completed with high quality, strong customer service, and efficient productivity. You’ll organize, train, and manage 3–6 installers, oversee the construction workflow, maintain required documentation and photo records, and enforce OSHA/NEC standards. This working field role also includes coordinating materials, performing vehicle checks, collecting customer payments, and supporting service calls as needed.
