  • •Drive engineering execution using modern programming languages and cloud/container technologies; lead teams and ensure delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Partner with product, architecture, and platform leaders to define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
  • •Mentor and manage Lead Engineers and leads, build succession plans, and influence portfolio-level trade-offs to ensure reliability and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,000 - 238,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience leading distributed microservices and full stack systems, including driving end-to-end design and implementation of cloud/distributed systems.
