Field Service Engineer - EPI

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, often alongside Senior Field Service Engineers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, while coordinating with customers and mentoring junior engineers. Role includes on-site work and customer communication to ensure exceptional service.
