Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on engineering with at least 40% individual contribution while serving as a technical expert and recognized authority within the discipline.
  • •Architect and deliver new services and bundled offerings with domain-driven design, consumer-driven contracts, and enterprise-wide initiative ownership.
  • •Implement, monitor, and maintain compliance and security concerns across CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Drive architectural design across dependent services, service interactions, and policies, including resolving enterprise-wide and regulatory challenges.
  • •Lead guild initiatives by mentoring engineers, conducting technical interviews, and raising engineering standards through collaboration and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •15-20 years of software engineering experience with proven design and development across multiple languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • •Expert understanding of DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code and cloud-first development knowledge.
  • •Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance, high-transaction-volume platforms.
  • •Strong secure coding foundation, including OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT, and vulnerability management.
  • •Experience with advanced production test and release practices such as A/B testing, canary releases, blue-green deployment, and feature flags.
