Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Complete Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI) on machines.
•Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair all Epiroc products per manufacturer recommendations.
•Ensure the appropriate tools and equipment are on-site and properly maintained.
•Communicate service and other relevant activities to the Service Coordinator in a complete and timely manner.
•Adhere to Company safety and environmental requirements, including correct use of PPE, and promote safe work practices.

Key Requirements

•The candidate should have basic computer skills, be familiar with Epiroc equipment, and have prior work experience demonstrating a good work ethic and strong mechanical aptitude, including experience with industrial fluid power and low voltage electrical control systems.
•Possess own hand tools and can expand on personal tool inventory by purchasing additional tools based on location requirements.
•Complete trainings including TL1, PDI procedure, machine specifications, reading schematics within 3 months of hire, and Safe Start Modules 1-5 within the first year of employment.
•Maintain required US Department of Labor, Mine, Safety & Health Administration training certificates by date required by Manager.
•Maintain a valid driver’s license; travel may be required for training and/or assistance in other Service Centers or Competency Centers.
