•Guide customers through detailed consultations, managing the full journey from initial enquiry through to purchase and post-sale support
•Recommend tailored appliance solutions that enhance customers’ lifestyle and home environment
•Use hands-on demonstrations and storytelling to build strong emotional connections with customers
•Contribute to events that drive engagement, footfall, and sales while maintaining exceptional retail standards
•Ensure showroom standards remain exceptional, with appliances immaculately presented and fully operational with accurate information

Pay and Benefits

•Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging high-end clientele across multiple touchpoints.
