Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI-powered GTM agents to automate deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring across the sales cycle.
  • •Translate GTM processes and business requirements into working technical systems that bridge revenue needs and technology capabilities.
  • •Architect and maintain the data infrastructure feeding GTM systems, including folder structures, file pipelines, and data feeds organized by sales manager and deal context.
  • •Build and maintain integrations across core GTM tools including Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
  • •Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data (especially Salesforce) and collaborate to reduce manual work and improve data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks, shipping real AI-powered tools.
  • •Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including data model, APIs, reporting, and permissions.
  • •Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.
  • •Ability to translate business processes into working technical systems with minimal hand-holding.
