Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a regional team of communication and engagement experts across major UK infrastructure projects.
  • •Advise project teams and clients on engagement and consultation strategies for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Plan and deliver stakeholder communications and consultations, including risk/issue management and public events.
  • •Provide line management, coaching, and development for engagement specialists, with presence in the Manchester office.
  • •Manage commercial and delivery responsibilities including tenders, resourcing, budgets, risks, and programmes for on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading consultation and engagement on large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • •Degree qualified or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • •Experience across road, rail, utilities, water, environment or energy sectors.
  • •Membership of a relevant professional or trade body (desirable).
  • •Line management experience delivering training and performance improvement initiatives.
