Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker in a Financial Center by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs, cross-sell retail products, and support revenue goals. Complete a 9-week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and sales/service, including a certification. Process teller transactions, help customers proactively via lobby leadership/tele-consulting, and partner with Business Partners for mortgage, small business, and commercial/investment referrals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Key Requirements

•Complete a 9-week onboarding/education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, including certification at the end.
•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or combination of education and experience).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
