Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections, audits, sorting, product rework, and non-conforming material investigations to meet quality standards and specifications.
  • •Verify product conformance using precision measuring/metrology equipment and troubleshoot measurement equipment as needed.
  • •Maintain and update quality documentation including inspection records, test data, control plans, and inspection check sheets.
  • •Analyze test/inspection results and participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • •Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, training, and process enhancement projects; track and report key quality metrics.
