Sr. Payroll & Billing Specialist

Manage day-to-day multi-country payroll operations across the EMEA region (including Spain, Italy, and Germany) while helping streamline payroll onto a single platform. Reconcile payroll inputs from internal stakeholders and systems, coordinate with HR/Operations/Finance, and monitor vendor compliance and processing accuracy. Own billing deliverables for clients, mentor junior specialists, and serve as an escalation point for time-sensitive payroll and billing inquiries.
