Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop annual/long-range strategic sales growth plans and operationalize growth priorities with KPIs using a repeatable sales play engine.
  • •Orchestrate end-to-end planning across GTM strategy, operations, readiness, recognition, and events, ensuring tasks are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
  • •Own and govern Americas Specialist sales/SP&O cadence through a business management system (standard operating model and run-of-show).
  • •Partner with revenue operations and execution teams on key activities including compensation and readiness initiatives for the Specialist group.
  • •Lead high-impact strategic sales initiatives and conduct data-driven analyses to identify growth levers across new, renew, and expand motions, advising senior executives.

Key Requirements
