Job Summary

Complete an FCMA onboarding roadmap and rotations across operations, lending, small business, and sales operations to prepare for placement into a Financial Center. Build memorable consumer and small-business relationships, lead consultative selling, and use Financial Needs Assessments to drive proactive ongoing support. Support and coach a team, reinforce core values and business strategies, and contribute to community initiatives while following the Bancorp Code of Conduct and ethics policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•Deepen consumer and small-business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessments to recommend solutions and develop an integrated book of business strategy.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team while reinforcing core values, building a One Bank culture, and supporting community activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities successfully.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
