Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all Taiwan proposal efforts and support ASME proposal needs by aligning stakeholders and communicating customer, market, and BD strategy insights.
  • •Manage the proposal lifecycle start-to-finish, including kickoff, cross-functional collaboration, color reviews, and management reviews with senior leaders/executives.
  • •Drive compliant, high-quality international government, U.S. government, and commercial bids/proposals, including ROM pricing estimates, RFI responses, and white papers.
  • •Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and best practices for BD Ops.
  • •Support Taiwan and ASME GTM briefings/presentation development and assist with customer meetings, demonstrations, and GTM events as required.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4+ years of U.S. Federal or international government proposal development or BD operations experience.
  • •3+ years working with U.S. Federal or international government requirements (if not directly in government proposal experience).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience; strong record of academic achievement.
  • •Experience with proposal methodologies (e.g., Shipley), compliance matrices, and project management tools/processes.
  • •Ability to communicate complex, technical ideas effectively in both oral and written communication.
