Key Responsibilities

  • •Help support upcoming operations hiring across roles such as City Operations Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Specialist, and Maintenance Specialist.
  • •Oversee daily city operations and track KPIs, manage cross-functional teams, and support market scaling and local budgets (City Operations Manager).
  • •Run daily warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, safety protocols, and leading maintenance specialists to meet repair targets (Warehouse Supervisor).
  • •Coordinate fleet deployment and relocation to match rider demand, including battery swaps, basic diagnostics, and field maintenance (Operations Specialist).
  • •Perform routine maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, ensure safety compliance, and minimize equipment downtime (Maintenance Specialist).

Key Requirements

  • •1–8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, or facility management (level dependent on the specific role).
