Job Summary

Lead consulting engagements for Visa’s Georgian market clients in credit and debit card businesses, using internal and external data to uncover opportunities and drive digital growth. Create country plans, pitch and secure new consulting assignments, and deliver complex projects that align with objectives, scope, budget, and delivery targets. Manage external consultant networks, training programs, budgeting/resources, and partner closely with Visa functional teams to optimize vendor engagement and improve client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze client needs using Visa and external data to identify consulting opportunities in focus markets.
•Develop country plans with Country Managers and Account Executives and secure funding for consulting projects via partnership agreements.
•Develop project pitches and secure new consulting assignments and re-engagement opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
•Deliver consulting projects by resolving complex strategic problems, managing project structures, and meeting client targets across scope, budget, and delivery.
•Manage budgets/resources, liaise with functional teams, and manage external consultants when project support is required.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of experience solving business problems in analytics, business consulting, or other data-driven functions.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, or Economics.
•Post graduate degree with strong technical experience is strongly preferred.
•Prior consulting/advisory experience (Big 3/4/boutiques) is a strong advantage.
•Strong communication, story-telling, presentation, and analytical/modeling skills, including summarizing large datasets into strategic insights.
