Job Summary

Seeking an experienced electro-erosion manufacturing technician to define tooling, program CNC/CAO-based operations, and produce high-value mechanical parts. You will perform wire EDM and sinking operations, contribute to quality improvements with methods/controls, and collaborate with the control workshop to ensure traceability and conformity in a satellite-era production environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and fabricate necessary tooling (piece holds and specific electrodes).
•Create machining programs either directly on the control panel or via CFAO when required.
•Carry out operations on our machining centers using wire EDM or sinking EDM.
•Conduct additional mechanical fabrication operations (milling, turning, and fitting) as part of polyvalence.
•Ensure dimensional and visual conformity of finished parts and maintain traceability of activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in electro-erosion is indispensable.
•Knowledge of electro-erosion machining techniques.
•Good reading and understanding of mechanical drawings is indispensable.
•General manufacturing/mechanical fabrication skills, including CN machining, to access other workshop positions are appreciated.
•Ability to perform additional mechanical machining operations (milling, turning, and deburring) as needed.
