Associate Corporate Relationship Support Manager

Manage end-to-end first-line credit and lending servicing within the Business Credit Office for HSBC Corporate & Institutional Banking. Partner with Relationship Managers, Coverage, and Transaction Support to deliver credit structuring, analysis, monitoring, and credit terms/documents negotiation. Conduct customer outreach and financial/credit analysis to enable a consistent underwriting and lending process, manage renewals and escalations, and uphold risk controls, MI reporting, and audit/regulatory actions.
