  • •Establish proactive technical discipline, risk management, and rapid issue resolution with open technical dialogue.
  • •Lead requirement, function, and interface development for the EMVF.
  • •Oversee design of products supporting development, production, and sustainment changes.
  • •Present product data at design reviews, product acceptance/qualification reviews, and delivery reviews as required.
  • •Drive IPT coordination for EMVF system integration and provide technical authority across development, design, production, and test.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences).
  • •14+ years related work experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •5+ years leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team in development or production environments.
  • •Ability to obtain a US Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (requires US Citizenship) and Special Program Access (requires US Citizenship).
  • •Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process requirements.
