Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Regional Finance controller and Operations team to meet reporting requirements within deadlines, including manufacturing plant commentary, monthly reporting, and KPI reporting.
  • •Manage inventory reporting, variance reconciliation, and inventory write-offs in line with KCSA, including physical inventory count participation.
  • •Perform fixed asset tagging upon capitalization and execute annual fixed asset counts and disposal activities.
  • •Set up and maintain P2P controls (e.g., open purchase order review and follow-ups) and ensure Material Ledger closure with GBS timelines.
  • •Own product/process costing by ensuring yields, labor, and direct overhead standards reflect true manufacturing costs and resolve cross-functional differences.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-10 years of related, progressive plant functional experience.
  • •Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business, or a numerical discipline with a relevant accountancy body qualification preferred.
  • •Must execute day-to-day activities in SAP.
  • •Knowledge of inventory management and controlling, including variance reconciliation and write-offs process.
  • •Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial managers.
