Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategy through executive-level reporting. Lead business operations data, analysis, and reporting for the Technology organization, including budgeting, workforce, operational, and spend reporting. Drive automation to eliminate manual spreadsheet processes and establish reporting standards, governance, and data quality. Use tools such as AWS Athena, Tableau, Power BI, and Python to build scalable reporting architecture while coaching analysts and presenting insights to C-suite audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage business operations data, reporting, and analysis efforts for Technology.
•Define and create meaningful executive reporting, including CIO-level reporting needs.
•Directly lead, coach, and mentor BMO analysts and reporting resources while guiding problem-solving on reporting and data challenges.
•Own and support budget, staffing, workforce, operational, and spend reporting for the BMO and Technology organization.
•Drive reporting automation initiatives, establish reporting standards/governance/data quality frameworks, and improve reporting architecture scalability and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 12 years of related experience.
•Develop and enforce reporting standards, governance policies, and data quality practices.
•Communicate effectively with executive and C-suite audiences, translating technical analysis into business narratives.
•Lead, coach, and develop analysts as a working manager while remaining hands-on.
•Tableau and Power BI experience; hands-on ability to build reports and dashboards.
