Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and lead day-to-day drilling initiatives, anticipate operational changes, and develop remedial solutions for drilling problems.
•Provide support for all drilling and well operations at the rig site and ensure HMS processes are applied in well construction.
•Coordinate resources (rigs, personnel, services) and plan short- and long-term needs to meet project goals.
•Supervise, advise, and mentor Well Site Supervisors, promoting safety, training, performance, and cost control.
•Communicate with Well Engineers, Rig Contractors and Operator representatives to align on Project metrics and ensure adherence to policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor in petroleum, mechanical, Engineering or similar STEM degrees.
