Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and stage vehicles for sale, including stickering/marking and moving vehicles using a lot tow truck or forklift.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning the lot and recording vehicle movement with electronic devices.
  • •Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status.
  • •Support property management by removing personal property from vehicles and handling vehicle identification (mileage, make, year, VIN) for accurate records.
  • •Communicate with shop and operations teams for efficient inventory flow and maintain safe work areas, reporting incidents or hazards as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
  • •Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes/models/sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck.
  • •Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications; automotive or auction experience preferred.
