Job Summary

Bridge between Sales and Consulting in the Pre-Sales team for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will refine customer requirements, contribute to technical conception and effort estimation, prepare and lead solution presentations and workshops, and tailor demo systems to inspire clients, possibly leading a multilingual team and reusing assets for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a bridge between Sales and Consulting and support the Pre-Sales team in acquiring potential customers
•Serve as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) expert, document customer requirements and map them to a solution
•Contribute to technical conception and effort estimation based on your experience
•Support the Sales team by preparing solution presentations and workshops for customers and prospects
•Create an inspiring and convincing solution based on a demo system, and perform Demo Customizing or lead a German-speaking or international team

Key Requirements

•Pre-Sales or Consulting experience, ideally in Sales, Service and Marketing
•Technical expertise in MS Business Solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
•Holistic understanding of business processes and their mapping to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
•Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills in Sales, Service and Marketing processes
•Fluent German and English (C1)
